Customization
I don't see what I want can you change the products in the gift or create something completely different?
We are able to use the products we have in stock to create a custom design for you. There will be a $15 custom design fee plus a minimum gift basket purchase of $50. The $15 design fee will be waived for gifts over $75.
If this request is for an ALL custom design (as pictured in our Gallery), we will need a two week lead time and a personal shopping fee of $40.
All fees must be paid in full at time of order, either by phone or through an electronic invoice.
Deliveries
When do you deliver?
We typically deliver Monday - Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. For any special delivery requests please contact us.
What is considered local delivery?
Please note when selecting delivery/shipping options, local deliveries are for Santa Clara County and Placer County only. Please select the correct option upon checking out.
Alcohol
What is required for delivery of alcohol?
Adult signatures are required for ALL alcohol deliveries. Delays may occur if you don't provide the recipients phone number. We will be discreet in the nature of your gift to preserve the surprise.
